Getting Started

 

Getting started on The Horti House is easy, just register for an account and you could have your first delivery tomorrow!

Step 1: Register

• Register for an account here.  The more information you can give us the better.

• We will activate your account and you will get an email inviting you to set a password.

Step 2: Order

• Add plants to your basket then complete the checkout process. You can order plants in cases and the minimum order is one case (typically 12 plants).

• Add any order information like Purchase Order number and the delivery address.

• Select your preferred delivery date. Place orders before 12pm for next day delivery.

• Once you've ordered a few times make use of our 'shopping list' functionality quick re-ordering or even our quick order page to save you time.

• If you've requested product labels and barcodes then ensure you have added these details so we can easily apply them to your products.
