Streptocarpus, although having a leaf like primroses, are not related to them, but belong to the Gesneriad family, which also includes African Violets (Saintpaulias), Aeschynanthus and Achimines.

Common Names: Cape Primrose
Care Tips:  Streptocarpus prefer to be on the dry side and it is important not to overwater them. Keep away from full midday sunshine, but ensure that they receive ample indirect light.
